Christmas take 3

...Continued

Christmas take 2

On Christmas morning Santa came to us a little early with a new computer (why I am having a little trouble with blogging lately)! It is a lot of fun. We also got a new digital SLR Camera from Santa! I think my dad is a little jealous. We had a yummy Christmas breakfast (Finn and Hattie) spent some time with Grandma Pat and then went to My Mom and Dad's for dinner.

Christmas Eve

Every Christmas Eve we have a big soup party with Patrick's mothers family.  The soups were really good and the kids were cuter than ever.

Christmas take 1

The weekend before Christmas Jason and Jenn's family came into town to celebrate Christmas with us. It was a lot of fun. Here are some highlights:

Patrick's Post of Heidi's Half Marathon

December 1st 2007 Heidi donn Longsroth Lowder completed the Las Vegas Zappos Half Marathon, what an incredible feet as it is with all running events that make you run further than a terrible parking spot at Smiths on a cold rainy day. But if that is your thing then so be it.

The excitement of the day and the Three trips to the all you can eat buffet at the Excalibur left me without a fighting chance when I put my ten pound cranium on my huge pilla.

The chicks that ran the race where sooo hot. I picked these ones out of the 17,000 others that came across the finish. I am pretty sure the one in the middle wants me!

After the grueling 13.1 mile dash the Hot girls we found wanted to take a ride in my sweet whip. If a carriage ride around the castle doesn't do it for them nothing will.

You may or may not notice, five girls in this picture are totally topless! Viva Las Vegas

Benton

Benton Michael Blackman was blessed today! He was so good, he didn't make a peep. Grandpa Scottie blessed the "man child" and it was a beautiful blessing! Benton also got his first taste of icecream, I think he really liked it. We are so happy to have Benton in our family!

Ginger Bread Houses

On Friday Kortni, Quenton, and Braydon and I made some gingerbread houses out of graham crackers. We did the best we could. Kortni's turned out the best! On Saturday Jodi had her annual gingerbread house party. She is amazing! Jodi made all of these gingerbread houses and all of the frosting for us to make these neat houses. I think the adults had just as much fun as the kids!

Hunting in Lewiston

This weekend we had such a good time. Patrick and I went with Jenn and Brandon to Lewiston, Utah. It was Jenn's Mom Cecille's birthday ( Happy Birthday!) and Brandon went with Patrick on his first hunting trip since he has completed Hunter Safety. We had dinner at Maddox's on the way up and I think Patrick will write in his journal about that. Brandon and Patrick both shot the pheasant, they saw 4 and 1 hen. I think they had a really good time, they got chased by a bunch of cows and were really scared. Anyway Thanks Brandon and Jenn, and Anthony and Cecille for helping us have such an awesome time!
